Craftsman Concrete Floors is a national commercial and industrial technical flooring contractor founded in 1999. Our Texas and Oklahoma offices provide local client service.
For single-site projects and multi-site national programs, Craftsman-employed W-2 crews and equipment are assigned project by project from the companywide workforce and equipment pool. Office locations do not determine where a project’s crews or equipment originate. Learn more about our national service coverage and multi-site program execution.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Dallas is Craftsman Concrete Floors’ headquarters, but it is not the automatic origin for every project team or equipment package. Crews, field leadership, equipment, staging, and travel are assigned through a project-specific plan. An office address does not establish a fixed crew base, equipment origin, or permanent service territory.
Craftsman assigns resources companywide according to the flooring system, required experience, current crew and equipment deployment, project location, employee home location, schedule, availability, geographic sequencing, customer continuity, and committed workload. Depending on the project, a team may be assigned locally, mobilized from another project, or assembled using several of these factors.
No. Craftsman self-performs flooring installation using Craftsman-employed W-2 crews under common company field leadership rather than brokered subcontractors or 1099 day labor. Crew composition may vary by project, but installation labor remains directly employed and supervised by Craftsman.
