For an existing building, Craftsman assesses the slab, previous coverings, adhesive residue, repairs and visible staining. Removing a covering does not guarantee a uniform floor underneath.

We install an on-site sample so the project team can review the concrete’s appearance before approving the finish. Where the slab cannot produce the intended look, we can discuss concrete overlays in Dallas over structurally sound concrete.

Involve Craftsman before the slab is placed when polished concrete is the intended finish. We coordinate with the general contractor and concrete team on the finish requirements, sample approval, construction sequence and floor protection.
